Starter Pack, $44 once
The last 30 days of new carriers in one state, delivered as a CSV. One payment, no subscription. A good way to see the data first.
Create account to buy the Starter PackWhere the data comes from, and what to expect
Every lead comes from the FMCSA Company Census File, free public data from the US Department of Transportation. We do not buy or scrape private lists.
A new USDOT number does not mean a carrier has operating authority yet. Most new carriers have no MC number when they first appear, so many are still deciding on insurance, financing and freight. That is the window Trajovia is built for.
The data runs about 2 to 3 days behind real registrations. We read the last 5 days each morning, remove duplicates, and show each carrier to you once.
Frequently asked questions
What is Trajovia?
Trajovia is a daily lead feed of newly registered US trucking carriers. It is built from the FMCSA Company Census File, which is free public data, then cleaned, deduplicated and scored so you can call the best carriers first.
Where does the data come from?
It comes from the FMCSA Company Census File on the US Department of Transportation open data portal. It is public data, and we do not use purchased or private lists. The file runs about 2 to 3 days behind real registrations.
How many new carriers are there?
Between 400 and 630 carriers were added on each weekday in October 2026, about 12,000 over the month. Weekends are quieter, at roughly 120 a day. Your filters narrow that to the carriers you actually want.
Does every lead have a phone number and email?
Nearly all of them. In the 11,946 carriers added from September 30 to October 28, 2026, every record had a phone number and all but one had an email address. Some phone numbers are shared by filing services, and the dashboard flags those.
Are these carriers ready to buy?
Many are still getting set up. A new USDOT number does not mean operating authority has been granted, and most new carriers have no MC number yet. That is why timing matters: many are still choosing insurance, financing and freight.
Can I call or email these carriers?
Yes, but you are responsible for following TCPA, CAN-SPAM and Do Not Call rules in your own outreach. Trajovia provides public business registration data and is not legal advice, so ask a lawyer if you are unsure about a campaign.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $44 a month for one state. Regional is $98 a month for up to 5 states and National is $197 a month for all states. A one-time Starter Pack is $44 for the last 30 days of new carriers in one state, as a CSV.
